Triangle Prime Realty, LLC is built on one idea: you deserve an agent who treats your home like it’s their own.
I’ve been in real estate for over 10 years. I founded Ingui Realty Group, spent two years at Compass, and recently launched Triangle Prime Realty. What hasn’t changed is how I work.
Before I list a home, I walk it myself — top to bottom — so I can tell sellers exactly what will help it sell and what might hold it back. When I’m working with buyers, I don’t just open doors. I look closely at what’s behind them: systems, water issues, crawl spaces, the things that surprise people later if nobody checks. A lot of agents skip that. I don’t.
I’ve lived in Durham for over 20 years, and I focus on Durham and the greater Triangle — Chapel Hill, Hillsborough, Raleigh, and Cary — along with work in Hyco Lake, Fuquay-Varina, Clayton, and Holly Springs. Whether you’re buying your first home or selling one you’ve loved for decades, I’ll tell you the truth about what I see — not just what you want to hear.
